Pros

1. Amazing tech stack, no legacy projects here. 2. Good Work life balance. 3. Great benefits, amazing domiciliary, insurance, cab services.

Cons

1. No growth opportunities. 2. You probably won't get any hikes if you're on higher pay grade in the particular band. 3. If you want to get a pay raise you'll need to be promoted but the promotions are governed by Spain guys who will make sure you don't get promoted.

Pros

Hybrid working model, which gives you flexibility to work from home at least.

Cons

Unrealistic high workload with no PTO which brings the stress level to the maximum. Promotion, or any career moves depend on your connections and not on the quality and knowledge of your work.

Pros

adidas is by far the best company I've worked for. Great benefits for employees, great work/personal balance, great internal culture policy.

Cons

It's quite hard to get promoted. In adidas there's no promotion based on high knowledge. You need to end up getting involved with "politics" to find your way up.
