Pros

Great product with great momentum in the market place. All the fringe benefits of being involved with a sports company is any fan’s dream.

Cons

Does not have good internal development and advancement from within. They prefer to hire externals over internal promotion and any development is self directed.

Pros

Company really cares about integrating fun in the workplace. They always have free beer during big meetings or summer activities (they'll have lunchtime concerts outside and bbqs). Pay is good and pretty aligned with market rates. Great benefits and discounts. Summer hours. Good amount of paid time off and generally flexible schedule (no issues usually when days off are needed). Diverse. Casual dress code. Sample sales and giveaways. Fun holiday parties. Love the gym and the workout classes offered

Cons

Retail office is a bit chaotic and turnover is high. Too many re-orgs and impulse change in direction just to change it right back. HR doesn't take action on issues even after multiple complaints. Work life balance can be very hard to obtain. Over reactive causing constant urgent unnecessary tasks with extremely high expectations. High tendency to promote to management based on favoritism but lack of skillsets. Some issues with managers degrading and overworking employees to benefit themselves. Difficult to move to other areas within the company unless you "know people". Nothing extreme though and pretty typical for office politics

Pros

Excellent work life balance. Provides knowledge on the latest trends and technologies in the sporting industry. Being a part of ecommerce gives the opportunity to be on the forefront of this rising industry in South East Asia.

Cons

Need to depend on other countries business development team for certain IT/technical related issues despite being the hub for South East Asia.
