Terrible management

Pros

Benefits. Flexible time. Great brand. Great discounts.

Cons

Management. Work life balance. Not all of management is bad. Impossible workloads and that obviously reflects as poor performance. Management seems to be more worried about projects than actually managing anything. The way some managers speak to their people is sad to say the least. If management is not changed I worry about the future of the company. Strong employees keep a business running but management missed that memo. There is no room to advance. Some managers have been in the same position for so long that they are comfortable mistreating people as there are no consequences. High turnover in some areas as there is no incentive to stay. Companies in the area offer higher pay and treat employees better.

Boys club. Extremely negative environment. No growth opportunities. Verbal abuse and bullying. Under-compensated.

Pros

Financial compensation packages are good, not great, but non-financial benefits are unmatchable. PTO is very generous and encouraged to use. I have extreme flexibility in work location with the team I'm on. Not to mention the company culture of a growth mindset and genuinely wanting to aid one-another in career advancement.

Cons

Complexity of large organization can be extremely challenging at times. Financial pay is reasonable, but definitely not top tier. You're sacrificing lifestyle for some pay, which in my eyes is healthy and by far worth it.
