Pros

Exposure to end to end, not a cog in the machine, your ideas matter regardless of your level, you get ownership over your work, travel, international exposure, better benefits than any US based company i've ever seen, amazing passionate people, less conservative politics - ideas matter first, cool fun product, active lifestyle, work life balance, growth opportunities, fun environment, laid back office attire, huge windows and lots of space when you work (versus being crammed in a line or distracting open floor plans, they care about growing you, and they have best culture and values - I often wish i never left.

Cons

less pay that competition, pressure to perform higher than the competitions, less resources and impact if not at HQ, singular mindset / tunnel vision for career movement

Pros

Employee Discount - Employees receive a generous discount at all adidas Group stores, which include adidas, reebok, TaylorMade Golf, Rockport and more. Allotment - Employees in non-outlet stores are offered quarterly allotment of $300 in product. Full time employees get full benefits including health and dental.

Cons

Repetitive, not much room for promotion. You can only apply for a wage increase once a year.

Pros

Great discount and opportunities to move around. Great environment to learn in, young dynamic and athletic people. Always on the go.

Cons

Once you're out, you're out of the company. Very hard to get back in. The salaries are low for how much work you do. Location is far away from Nuremberg, need a car or carpool. Their newer policy is to be open and honest and non-political, but they are VERY political and honesty just gets you in trouble and pushed out. VERY process driven, no risk taking, not a place for creativity to thrive. Very conservative and judgmental. No one is happy in their job.
