Cant think of any at the moment.

Cons

Giant internal change recently. Re-org of the sales dept, laid off great leaders and are increasing daily KPIs. No clear path to promotion at the moment - non existent if anything. Limited PTO.

The people are top tier, dedicated, smart and adaptable.

Cons

Leadership has no problem innovating and due to that there have been waves of layoffs & restructures. This has caused teams to have to constantly adapt to role changes & additions of work.
