A great team culture, it is easy to make friends with coworkers, it Sia relatively young environment. Can work overtime and that can result in good paychecks

Cons

There is no transparency from leadership about promotion, most of the time your manager telling you something they are just told with no clear assurance. Over saturation of SDRs, hard to find consistent success. Sales process is over-bering and too much.

Very intense + high pressure. Sales reps are expendable and there’s no tolerance to those who don’t consistently hit/exceed their high monthly quotas
