ZoomInfo has lofty goals and continues to supersede them. Brand recognition is strong.

Cons

Lack of transparency from the top down. The current culture is non-existent. Lots of pressure to beat competitors, beat your peer with the most deals, and get the most revenue through the door. Benefits are supposedly competitive, but they're not. We have to go back to the office once a week at the minimum if you're within 30 miles of an office and don't even have any commuter benefits. Offices are not located within cities; must commute in order to get there. Not paid competitively. Beware.

Say goodbye to a work life balance cutthroat to say the least You are just an employee and if you miss your number they dont care If you arent local and not part of their core team for years you will always be behind and left out
