Pros

Leadership makes it a priority to communicate with all levels of employees; lots of room for new ideas; pay & benefits are competitive; overall very smart team.

Cons

The fast pace can create challenges in navigating who does what in the company. Solvable for sure, but its a pretty rapidly moving river to jump in to; staff turnover is at times abrupt & work can stall.
