      ZoomInfo is a great place to work! I feel so fortunate to be part of this company. The work is exciting and the pace can be fast, but innovation and creative work flows are encouraged. Everyone on my team and manager are incredibly smart and supportive. The company supports a healthy work-life balance, which unfortunately can be rare. Finally, I would just add that everyone (literally) I've worked with here has been kind and professional. I think this is reflective of the company culture.

      The pace of work can sometimes be intense and you definitely need to put your best foot forward everyday.

      Pros

      Zoominfo has an amazing execution focused culture. Folks who work hard and execute within the role they have are VERY quickly given autonomy to take on many more high leverage projects within the company. Sometimes that's a promotion or sometimes that's working with the leadership team on key initiatives. Most of our senior leaders at Zoominfo have been promoted from within. It really is a culture of being able to advance your career within the same company. That is pretty rare in my experience. This is a place that can quite rapidly change the trajectory of your career.

      Cons

      Regardless of which part of the company you work in, you will be evaluated on how well you execute. It's a culture of figuring it out as a team - not making excuses or blaming other teams. For folks that don't want to "own" their outcomes, that can be a challenging environment. There is also no hierarchy. If you are uncomfortable interaction directly with senior leaders, that can be a bit of a shock.
