Great people. Upward mobility. Opportunities for those who work hard. Fast paced environment. Solid benefits and perks.

Cons

Fast paced environment can also be a con. Leadership, reporting etc. can change frequently. Need to be able to adapt to all of the change. At times a very sales focused company with less focus on other departments.
