      Pros

      You work with some of the smartest people you'll ever meet. They help you grow professionally and personally. Also, having a product that does what it claims is does and gives real benefits to our clients is a huge plus. Expectations are high here, and they should be. We pride ourselves on being the best in the industry, and we come in every day ready to work hard.

      Cons

      There's a lot of competition within the company, which isn't a bad thing. It does add to the stress of doing well and leaves little room for error.

      Pros

      I loved the training process and the organization of the company.

      Cons

      There's a lot of pressure put on the researchers since they're DiscoverOrg's "unfair advantage" against other companies that are similar. Also, they don't give you much of a chance to improve from the second you get hired. It's basically sink or swim and if you can't get up to their ridiculously high expectations, then you get fired. Don't expect to work here for long unless you can schmooze the upper management directors or get a lot of numbers fast.

      Thanks for the feedback. There is no question that we are a metrics driven organization. We recognize that in order to provide the best service for our clients that we have to be focused on the things that matter to them and we need to measure those things - like you point out "lots of numbers fast" - direct dial numbers are important for our clients and you're correct in pointing out that we are metrics focused on those when it comes to our research team. I appreciate the sentiment about the lack of opportunity to "swim" and will talk to our HR and Training leaders to make sure that we are giving our employees the tools and training they need to be successful here.

      Pros

      The pay is and bonus structure is fair.

      Cons

      If you have kids, or a life outside of work this is not the job for you. Benefit package is mediocre at best and PTO/working from home is not nearly up to the standards of other high tech companies.
