Pros

Great pay, incredible company to have on your resume and be a part of. CEO, Henry, is literally one of the best in the world and he'll push you to be one of the best in the world. Most of my leads are put on my calendar by SDRs and marketing, with overachievement coming from self prospecting. The Bethesda office has really great people - I love working alongside best friends.

Cons

The hours are long and its tough to overachieve without really pushing. Can sometimes feel like factors contributing to my success or failure are outside of my control.

Pros

This career has been great for me and my family. I never thought I'd make as much money as I was making even just 2 years in. The great thing is, I see the new hires already surpassing my personal records. Its a meritocracy and there is opportunity for everyone. A huge addressable market and proven solutions that bring our customers immediate value, you can believe in what you're selling and learn a ton along the way. My journey has felt like an MBA. Incredible , and I do mean incredible leadership in Bethesda. If you want to take it to the next level, I'd highly recommend.

Cons

Requires your full commitment to be successful. Not really a con as most things in life worth doing are hard. I do not recommend if you're looking to clock in and out without breaking a sweat.

Cons

I work in sales...my cons are all relative to my quality of life is tied to the business I close. This said, there are no cons...I just want to become a millionaire.
