Being in sales, all you can ask for is to sell an industry-leading product with uncapped commissions. To work for a CEO who legitimately cares about all of his employees and is willing to send an email, hop on a call, host monthly product/sales training in addition to all of his duties of being a CEO of a publicly-traded company is truly admirable. You can tell his goal is to help his employees accomplish their goals.

Cons

2 years ago, we had limited PTO, but now we have unlimited PTO. If you are looking to further your career or jump start your career, I would highly recommend ZoomInfo.

Fast paced, winning culture, best sales team working closely with product to build, hyper-growth, strong vision & exec team. Working on the Chorus acquisition which is one of the most fun products out there right now

Cons

Team is growing fast across the globe, hard to get to know everyone on the team during the pandemic. Ops & HR is doing a great job though.
