      Pros

      There is no other company and leadership team in the world that cares more about their employees' success. I can always trust that any decision made is not only in the best interest of the company's growth but also in the best interest of my personal and professional growth. I've worked at a handful of different companies in sales roles in the past and also selling to sales teams all over the world at all different types of companies all day every day, I can confidently say that ZoomInfo goes above and beyond to give every rep the support they need to succeed whether its training, technologies, 1 on 1 time with leadership, collaboration with other departments - everyone helps each other and its just a cherry on top that we get to sell the best product in our space

      We could always get more free ZoomInfo swag :)

      -It's full of ambitious and competitive people who will push you to improve both professionally and personally -Hard work and going above & beyond is rewarded, fast. You can move mountains in 18 months -It's fun to work for the inarguably the best company in your space

      Cons

      -If you're not at a place in life where you want to be pushed to get better professionally, ZI may not be for you. -If you want a laid-back environment where you work 4 days a week and collect a paycheck, ZI is not for you -If you don't like winning, ZI is not for you

      -great leadership and training programs -energy throughout the entire company -Work from Home - Given all the tools and resources to be successful -Company is very open with growth goals and future plans - Leadership is transparent with expectations

      -long work hours on occassion but by no means are long hours forced upon anyone
