      Pros

      Coming from a larger corporation in a different space it was really nice to come to DiscoverOrg and feel like, as an individual, that one is making a difference in the company instead of being lost in the crowd. Management gives everyone the tools needed to succeed and celebrates those success's. The office is in a prime location with a breathtaking view, especially when you can catch the sunrise against Mt Hood. The best thing about DiscoverOrg is the people, everyone is so friendly and supportive, its not uncommon for co-workers to develop friendships that extend past work hours.

      Cons

      Some of the company is made up of a younger workforce that seems to have an unjustified sense of entitlement, which can be an annoyance.

      Pros

      The people here are a lot of fun to be around day in and day out. Management expects a lot out of us, but everyone here is committed to a common goal and it is apparent that we are all appreciated on a personal level for the effort we put in. True team atmosphere.

      Cons

      No frills, not a lot of "soft" benefits that you would expect from a West Coast tech company. Not that it's a bad thing to be frugal for the overall good of the company, but maybe we can nudge the needle slightly in the other direction.

      Pros

      This place truly is one of a kind. I've never worked somewhere that pushed me in the way that DiscoverOrg does. You have to come to work and bring it every. single. day. You are constantly learning. This sounds cliche, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't learn something new. You are surrounded by intelligent people that are incredibly driven. With that comes some pretty serious competition. If you are looking for a career that pushes you outside of your comfort zone...this is the place for you.

      Cons

      The work-life balance is tough. If you are looking for a punch in punch out type of job I would not recommend DiscoverOrg. Parking is annoying, but it's much worse downtown Portland.
