      Pros

      - Management teams that care about helping you and the company succeed, together - Culture that promotes teamwork and rewards you for your hard work. At DiscoverOrg, you get what you put in. If you have an idea, and run with it and implement something new - you receive a lot of recognition and reward for it. - The people at the office are awesome. You go into work everyday looking forward to seeing your coworkers and peers. - Open door policy with senior executives and management.

      Cons

      - Like any young company, there are growing pains and challenges. But your ideas to tackle those challenges are always valued. - It's hard work, but you learn professional skills that go a long way.

      Pros

      The culture is great, everyone here works hard together to help create the best product and data for DiscoverOrg customers. There is the opportunity to move up and around in departments, plenty of recognition for all the hard work you do in each department. Management is super helpful in making sure that you are producing to the best of your ability and will help you grow with the company.

      Cons

      The company is definitely growing, so it is fairly large, which may be a bad thing to some. Fridge space can be limited on the 8th floor.

      Tough to find that work/work balance

      Pros

      Huge growth potential and good pay. If you want to take your career to the next level, this is the place to do it.

      Cons

      Not well-suited to employees with outside hobbies, friends, or commitments. Your spouse will miss you. Like a downtown studio, not realistic long-term for people with children or pets. Not a lot of people who look like me in senior positions. Salaries are great -- unless you calculate them on a per-hour basis.
