Pros

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Fast-growing tech company right here in sleepy Vancouver, WA. About 2 years ago we were at 200 people, we're over 500 now. We have a hard-working staff, innovative product, and even better leadership. With this growth comes opportunity. There are new positions opening up all the time (WE ARE HIRING) and we mostly promote from within.

Cons

If you're afraid of hard work, this may not be the best place for you to work. The city of Vancouver wasn't ready for us. Parking is tough. The local parking lots have seen our growth and increased parking fees.

Pros

Huge opportunity for career advancement, huge potential for commission 1st year and beyond. Ability to work with the largest companies in the world (they're clients), tremendous personal growth, the commute is great for most in the area. Travel for work, like-minded employees, and good location downtown Vancouver.

Cons

No flexibility in the work from home policy is about all I can say. People find things to make negatives - managers pushing you, making you uncomfortable, challenging you etc. It's not a place for everyone, but it's full of smart people that are really driven so it's contagious. Definitely not for everyone.

Pros

- Management at all levels including upper management has an open door policy. If I wanted to talk to Henry, the CEO, I could easily go in his office and talk to him about something no questions asked. - If you are the sum of who you are around the most then you'll be a bright and hardworking person based on your peers here. Your peers and colleagues are some of the best and brightest in any industry. You feel like people not only are friendly but want to get to know you and help you succeed. You can easily develop friendships that extend past office hours. Your colleagues here are passionate, smart and fun. - With all the growth there are loads of promotions and department moves available at all times. Be vocal and put yourself out there and you can define your own path here. - There are Professional Development classes just about each week on a variety of topics that dive deep into management skills and other soft skills. - Employee Benefits and perks expand each year and are awesome. They offer multiple healthcare plans (massages are covered!), vision, dental, 401(k), HSA and loads more of smaller perks like discounts on Blazer tickets or discounts at local businesses.

Cons

- There is always a TON to get done due to the rapid growth of the company. This place will push you. Be prepared for it. - Communication bottlenecks happen. Be patient, ask questions, send follow up emails! - Parking is not great but that is the City of Vancouver's issue not the company. Know that you'll be paying for parking out of pocket and there are a few options around.
