      AI first culture and access to great AI tools that allow us to work smarter. Focus on getting real work done, there's very little bureaucracy or politics - corporate nonsense to deal with

      Cons

      Really fast pace, which I personally like and am used to in tech. But may not be for everyone

      - Top product in the space - Multiple other products to cross-sell and upsell - Strong, capable, positive leadership team - Solid core values and positive culture

      Cons

      - Very aggressive organization, moves quickly - Need to learn and implement learnings fast or fall behind - Complexity in some internal processes (normal for any mature organization)
