Excellent work place. Love the people and managers are very supportive. Recently acquired by Discover org, and due to appreciation of how ZI does things, it has not been too difficult of a transition.

One of the best things I’d have to say was my favorite thing at this company was the dynamic and the people. It’s so diverse and everybody is so friendly and willing to help each other.

Cons

Sometimes conversations can get a little too explicit and everybody has to listen to them since there isn’t really a filter there.
