      Pros

      One of the things I enjoyed most about this company is the vast amount of professional growth opportunities. My manager was very transparent and always there for my professional and personal growth. Also the benefits were always getting better and the senior leaders were trying to better communication throughout the company. I don't think every company is perfect, but there were a lot of positive strides made based on employees' feedback.

      Cons

      The growth opportunities could be more transparent-especially the opportunities to move to different teams. However, if people were to reach out and ask they would get answers on how to talk to. I think career mapping as the company grows would be super helpful.

      Pros

      If you're willing to work for it, very rewarding. Not a place to come in and coast, because you'll get passed by pretty quickly. Great people to work with, the people that stick around are all pretty like-minded and we have smartest senior and exec leadership you could find. Good downtown location in Vancouver.

      Cons

      The company is growing so quickly that it's sometimes hard to stay in front of everything going on. The pace things are moving are unlike anything I've seen.

      Pros

      Nothing really positive to say. Decent pay for what it is. beautiful building.

      Cons

      Oh geez, where to start? Discoverorg is Toxic. It breeds a toxic cult like mentality, which persuades employees to turn on each other like Jones town members. Every employee has their own "I was almost fired because..." story, and no one truly feels safe and secure in their job. Managers are especially toxic, Henry Shuck himself will call you on the phone and curse at you for expressing your feelings about the work environment. Stay away.
