      Come for the opportunity, leave cause it's a nightmare

      Pros

      I got to build something of value that I still feel good about since leaving the company. ZI can function as a solid stepping stone for your career.

      Cons

      The company culture is that of white dudes in sales, you can have a wildly different experience per department per team, there's no standardization or expectation-setting. They're a 15y/o company functioning like a startup, including a lack of reasons to work there, like perks or culture, and low pay.

      Pros

      The product is fair for US info - for the rest of the world it is useless.

      Cons

      This is a great place to work to loose your spirit and soul. Looking to move everything and everyone to the East where labour is cheap. Each department is working in silos - no one cares about the other, just about team goals. Get ready for meetings that start at 6:00 AM and end at 10:00 PM across the world any everything in between - hopefully work/life balance isn't on your priority list. Many of my colleagues left - there is a constant change in headcount. Sales team members change like socks.

      #1 Product, inclusive culture, positive environment

      Cons

      Tout versatility of GTM platform but internally uses competitors like Outreach and FrontSpin. Tons of incorrect, duplicate records in ZI and in Salesforce, despite preaching Ringlead, Enrich and data quality. SDRs waste time calling old leads and need to verify info with LinkedIn. Little to no training or coaching, even after Chorus acq. LTS taught by someone who can't sell. I was once a believer, but ZoomInfo does not practice what they preach.
