      Pros

      - ZoomInfo does a great job of hiring. Everyone I work with is focused on getting better, bettering the company and working hard. -They expect a lot out of their employees but they reward you for the hard work and time you put in. - Leadership team is second to none, they communicate well and have a track record of success. - Fantastic tech stack. ZoomInfo invests into every technology you could ever want to make your job easier. - Top notch product. We are a market leader in this space meaning there is no shortage of leads. Additionally our product is in high demand, any b2b company can use the tool meaning the deals will be flowing. If you have any sales experience I would encourage you to apply. The product is so amazing that it almost sells itself.

      Cons

      Pre-covid I would have said that the biggest con was the inability to work from home. It looks like they will be moving to a hybrid approach (half in office, half at home) once things get back to normal. I think that is a good move.

      Pros

      ZoomInfo is growing incredibly quickly so there are tons of opportunities to move your career forward. There are plenty of resources available for good ideas so if you're ambitious and creative you can accomplish a lot quickly. The benefits and compensation are great such as bonus, 401k match, and HSA accounts.

      Cons

      It isn't the fluffiest place. The work is difficult, expectations are high, and people are not hesitant to provide feedback. The culture is by no means for everyone.

      - I genuinely love what I do, and it doesn't feel like work to me. - our Senior Leadership is willing to do whatever it takes to help make this company successful. Henry and Chris literally send emails to companies of all shape and size to welcome them into our ZoomInfo family, and they take phone calls with Customers to learn about what they care about which is extremely underrated and appreciated - ZoomInfo categorically leads the Go to Market Intelligence space - Investment in innovation and growth is second to none - The level of homegrown talent is incredible, and we're adding fantastic outside talent more and more every day which brings immense value and perspective - There are still so many companies who should/could be ZoomInfo Customers, so the market to gain is still incredible which is rare given where we stand in our market - We have the best systems, processes, technologies, and coaching available to us. - We're given the opportunity to show value and performance is measured objectively. - You get to speak to business owners, and go to market leaders every day so you learn best practices about going to market while on the job. Invaluable training for a lifetime of professional success. - The company is constantly iterating and improving, and will never settle for status quo - "how can we be 1% better every day" rings true for everything we do

      Cons

      - We believe in humble pie here, and being 1% better every day in every literal sense. You need to be ready to lean in to that, and if you're not this may not the environment for you. - There are a lot of extremely talented people at ZoomInfo. Employees need to be ready to approach every conversation with a sense of curiosity, humility and genuine interest to learn from their colleagues. If you're not looking for that environment, or you know that environment has challenged you in the past, this may not be the place for you. - I'm having a hard time finding "Cons" since this place is super special to me and my family, and I'm forever grateful to be a part of what we've built and will continue to build.
