The team is doing really cool stuff and has a solid impact on the business. Gives you exposure across several teams, and the team members are great.

Cons

High level people can be more difficult to work with. The general company culture is very aggressive, with high expectations and a low tolerance for outcomes that are merely good, not great. Not a ton of respect for work/life balance, although that’s much more true on other teams.
