It’s not uncommon for Sales team members to earn six figures only a year or two after joining. The tech stack is superb and ZoomInfo is known in the industry as the ‘premier’ tool for Go to Market teams. Diversity, equity and inclusion is incredibly important to our organization. Although we acknowledge that sales cultures can be boisterous and high-energy, we do not condone any behavior that is discriminatory or makes anyone feel uncomfortable or unsafe. This is not commensurate with our values; any behavior of this nature should immediately be reported to HR. One of the ways we support women at ZoomInfo is through our Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) employee resource group. WIN meets regularly and hosts several annual events that highlight our women in leadership and create networking and mentoring opportunities for women at ZoomInfo.
