      Opportunity of a Lifetime

      Pros

      - Leadership clearly communicates the vision - My manager is available to offer direction as well as removing any blockers - The product is #1 in the industry, so working on it is rewarding - The company grew 60% in the last quarter

      Cons

      These are splitting hairs, but my only 2 items in my first 3 months are; - Some tools are used by so many teams it is difficult to coordinate our requests to make changes to them (e.g. JIRA) - The engineering team is creating their own bug resolution policies which are unclear and subjective instead of using standardized best practice ITSM Urgency/Impact matrices.

      The salary is high. Unlimited vacation days

      Cons

      Let's start with the fact that they lied in the job interview about the job itself, more than that there is no respect for your personal time! For them, you will work 12 hours a day. An arrogant and opaque management that refuses to open its head and hear new ideas! I will never be able to recommend this place to anyone as a job option

      Good place to start your sales career

      Pros

      Great place to start your sales career. The onboarding process was a breeze and they really want you to succeed here at the company. The pay is more than fair and you get out the effort you put in. Super team first atmosphere and other reps are willing to lend you a helping hand.

      Cons

      Dial, dial, dial atmosphere. Managers will micro-manage you and be on you about not booking dials and demos. Sometimes management will say one thing and do the other, especially when it comes to promotions. They also like to move the goalposts.
