Pros

-Established name (good and bad since most companies know about ZI but have been harassed by 50 different reps) - Average base pay. Commission can be decent if they don't change it through the quarter.

Cons

-Unlimited PTO. It's "encouraged" to take days off, but when you ask most managers will act like it's an issue and ask for a reason. - Favoritism is pretty rampant. Blatant fraudulent activity that is praised by managers, because it helps them get their bonus. If you bring it up or ask about certain sets you'll likely get interrogated yourself or PiP'd. - Seem to be a disconnect between upper and mid management as books of business would change with little notice and quota would remain the same. - Be a top performer or a middle of the pack performer.. doesn't really matter. Buddy up to a manager that is okay bending the rules and make some money.

Thanks for spending the time to leave a review. We wanted to clarify our front-loaded PTO policy for SDRs, which aligns with industry trends and best practices. Employees need to get approved for OT ahead of time since any time worked needs to be clocked. And by providing a bank of PTO hours within a calendar year, we aim to encourage a culture where you feel empowered and comfortable taking the time off. Also, we've lowered dial quotas twice now to make sure our dial quotas aren't unrealistic. About the perception of favoritism, all decisions are based on merit, experience, adding to the culture, competence, and work ethic here. They're here because they've got the grit, the attitude, the skills, and the smarts, and they add something to the culture we care about. They keep their job because they perform and are good team members to others. We are certainly a phone-centric sales development team but by no means do we train our team to use dishonest sales tactics. That is not condoned. Thanks again for chiming in and we wish you the best of luck in your next career endeavor!

Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible and toxic culture here. Basically a sweat shop. All leadership micromanages and expects you to work 12 hour days everyday. If considering working here, please beware of the fake 5 star reviews on here.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. As a leadership team, we encourage work-life balance, but also empower the team to take on new challenges, stretch themselves and grow in ways they never thought possible. If you find yourself regularly working over 45 hours per week, reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner to discuss ways to better balance your workload. Our goal is to find strategies to help you Thrive @ ZI. Thanks again for your feedback.

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m truly sorry you did not enjoy your time with us at ZoomInfo. We’re pleased to hear that you felt our compensation was good and regret that you feel you were micromanaged and experienced little work/life balance. We understand that the pace at ZoomInfo is fast, and it can seem like your work needs constant attention. The reality is, our work here never truly stops, and no matter what, it will always still be there waiting for us when we step away. With this in mind, we have to take deliberate action to schedule our time off for ourselves to rest and recharge. We empower our team members to schedule in time for themselves through our unlimited PTO program and are currently considering different initiatives to empower our team further to take time off. -Brian Vital, VP of Sales
