Pros
The product has undergone a remarkable transformation over the last 2-3 years. What impressed me most isn't just the features themselves, but the intentionality behind the evolution with a team that is clearly building with a strong point of view on where GTM intelligence is headed. Beyond the product, the culture is something I respect. There's a real emphasis on openness, collaboration, and driving cross-functional alignment. Doing that consistently at this scale is not.
Cons
Let's be honest: the B2B data and GTM tech market has been through a rough patch, and ZoomInfo hasn't been immune to those macro headwinds. But this feels like an industry-wide growing pain rather than a ZoomInfo company specific problem. AI is reshaping how GTM teams think about data, intent, and outreach, and there's still real uncertainty about where the dust settles. The fundamentals are strong, and I believe the company is well-positioned to come out ahead once the market normalizes.
