Pros

Friendly people to work with

Cons

This is mainly because of the negative impact of our non chennai India leader extends beyond just their policy enforcement and favouritism. In fact, it is a common sentiment among employees that the culture could be significantly improved in their absence. Despite claims that the culture has improved, it's evident that most of the benefits that could be enjoyed by employees are restricted and controlled by this one person. The culture, which should be inclusive and supportive, seems to be dictated by the non chennai India leader 's personal preferences and biases. Their absence is perceived as a relief by many, as it suggests that without their influence, the culture could flourish and be more favourable to all employees. Another glaring issue is the lack of effective channels for feedback. While the organization may occasionally host "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions to collect feedback, it's disheartening to note that none of the concerns raised during these sessions are addressed satisfactorily. Instead of taking constructive action, employees are often met with excuses and a call to adapt to the current environment. Even the basic food need are not properly fulfilled and when asked about it, we are asked to spend the same from our pockets. When talents are hired from multiple organisations with multiple promises but those were never fully kept up. This failure to address feedback not only leaves employees feeling unheard and undervalued but also perpetuates a sense of futility when it comes to expressing their concerns. A healthy work culture should encourage open communication and actively seek to address employee concerns, but our non chennai India leader 's actions demonstrate the opposite. In conclusion, the non chennai india leader 's negative impact on the organizational culture is undeniable. Their restrictive control over benefits, reluctance to address employee feedback, and their perceived negative influence on the workplace culture have created a toxic work environment. It's imperative that the organization takes swift action to rectify these issues and promote a more inclusive, supportive, and transparent culture.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All benefits including insurance, wellness, shift differential, relocation etc are all clearly defined and not administered based on individual discretion. Except for relocation all benefits are uniform and do not differentiate based on grade or title. There are forums for effective communication not just limited to AMA but All Hands, pulse survey and round tables that are conducted from time to time and therefore there are multiple ways and means to share feedback. And every manager and lead has a standing meeting with HR/your India leader where they can bring forth their concerns and channelize them through the right resources. We suggest meeting with Venky and or your HRBP in strict confidence and speak about the specifics of bias and noninclusivity so that a formal investigation can be conducted.

Pros

- smart people to learn from - very tech forward, you'll have the tools to succeed - thriving company as a whole

Cons

- it's a very "what have you done for me lately" type of sales org. Whether you're a top rep or the bottom of the barrel, a bad couple of month with put you on the chopping block

Pros

They give you unlimited pto but you never really get to use it

Cons

Too many to name. Massive lay offs, seems like they hire to boost their numbers at the end of the quarter then turn around and lay you off, micromanaging is rampant, upper-management is cold, going to regular managment gets you nowhere, over promise and underdeliver should be their name. Would never work here again.

Thank you for leaving us a review - we take all feedback seriously and work to make thing 1% better every day! We are constantly evaluating the organization, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to drive our long-term growth and success. And, you are correct that we still continue hiring in key parts of the company, mainly in sales, while we look to drive efficiencies around the organization. We are sorry your experience was less than great and we wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor.
