Very bad system to help new SDR's succeed. You NEED to put in ridiculous OT to make quota while people in the same role have more resources and don't have to put in any extra time. Extremely unfair and affects motivation.

Management prioritizes their own titles and promotions over employee well-being and work environment. Promotions appear to be gender/age biased. Toxic and unhealthy workplace. Employees are not appreciated. No promotions for 3-5 years of work. Poorly organized events with bad food and cheap gifts. Yearly bonus is a sham; performance reviews are used to avoid payouts.
