      Pros

      Base pay is solid especially out of college. New office is nice, snacks, cold brew on tap, etc.

      Cons

      Felt like i was a telemarketer, just sitting there dialing the same 100 numbers over and over every day

      There are no Pros that I experienced.

      I felt like it was a great place if you are right out of college or in college, but it seemed like I was working in a 20 YO frat house!

      Pros

      DiscoverOrg is an amazing place to work. You are surrounded by great coworkers that support you and keep you going. Upper management holds you accountable and expects you to do great things, but nothing that they wouldn’t be willing to do themselves. It is a very fast-paced and exciting environment.

      Cons

      The view is just so great that it is distracting 😛
