      Pros

      You will have excellent coworkers, it’s the only reason to take the job. Money is fine too, but does lag industry peaks.

      Cons

      Does leadership even know what they’re doing anymore? Bad decision after bad decision, leading to continual downsizing. Product launches that get minimal support after launch (or simply launch to zero fanfare and end up being more expensive than competitors). A legacy product that remains the most expensive, and increasingly least nimble. SMB customers churn half the time! And they are planning on “consolidating” the product. Which, hello! Means they’re going to lay even more people off once they get the kinks ironed out. Run for the hills, people.
