People are nice and are willing to help. Good stepping stone.

Cons

Poor tools, manual processes beyond belief, lack of project management and resource constraints, most people are not engaged, short term decision making to the detriment of long term health, very reactive in nature, lack of planning, very beureaucratic, does not walk the talk, wasteful (killing trees with wasteful paper reports), poor IT capabilities, and on and on

Targets going up all the time with same paperwork , number so high very hard to check paperwork thoroughly and achieve target constant fear every day that mistake is made llack of communication between management and workers

Pros

There are still some very talented and good people in leadership roles at Biomet. The benefits are outstanding and depending who you report to, most are all about family.

Cons

Since the newest reorganization took place, it doesn't feel like a team anymore. Distributors are calling us for answers, nothing seems stable, and it is being felt by our reps across the country. It's every man out for himself.
