outdated systems and methods poor project management and poor time management too many managerial and non-value added positions can't break silos in department Very low increases, no incentives or recongnitions Use to be very family- oriented and fun, now low company morale prevails with uncertainty about future company making profit, but still having layoffs of much needed non-manager/exec resources...poor resource management
