Relaxed dresscode and many still work as a team. Opportunity to learn different areas of opperations and business practices.

Cons

Big corporate environment. Some positions assume you are available 24/7 and penalize if you are not (during vacation or medical leave). Pay is ok for the area.

We need to have a stronger sense of urgency We need stronger leaders who are actual leaders - being able to provide candid feedback, while still treating people like humans. Need to hold employees/managers accountable
