      There are routes to advance your career if you want them.

      Cons

      Hours & Work/Life Balance - People call at all hours and do not respect boundaries with regards to personal time, including PTO, sick leave, or bereavement. Pay - Promotions without pay are standard practice, no matter your Z level. Harassment - The company does not take action to discourage harassment even when official claims are filed.

      Not micromanaged, interesting job when it comes to day-to-day

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, all they care about is the IPO. I have never felt like the company cared about me and I know many other employees feel the same. On a 1099 plan... no benefits. Younger reps like me are leaving because we realize it doesn't have to be like this, there are many other med device companies that will take way better care of their employees. The culture here is toxic, a contest to see who can take the least amount of vacation and work the most hours. I am all for hard work but believe in working smarter not harder. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The cherry on top are the never-ending annoying emails from Ivan at 4 AM pushing reps to "SELL SELL SELL."

      Location - Colorado is gorgeous

      Cons

      Management can’t stick to one objective and a clear path forward . Extremely disorganized and people are being promoted to positions they are in no way qualified for. No accountability and employees are forced to do meaningless tasks due to managers inexperience and lack of direction
