Pay was hardly above satisfactory for an engineer. Casual dress code (although there people looking like slobs somedays)

Cons

Terrible upper management. Supervisors provided no guidance, unclear goals, and boring repetitive work. This is not a job for an engineer, maybe for someone with an associates who has no idea what to do in life. Work is trivial and you will get bored as soon as the 2nd day of working there. Not worth living in Warsaw, IN.
