      The culture at Microfixation rivals any company I've ever worked for. They truly value you as a human being

      Corporate is the biggest con, unlike the smaller SBU's they don't value their employee's and consider them all replaceable

      I was asked to fix a project that my manager failed to resolve in over 1 year due to her lack of understanding of the project. Following that, one employee was fired over the project, another left over the project and yet another manager made a mess of the project. 2 employees refused to work on the project and the executive responsible took no responsibility for his complete negligence to put proper guidelines in place. As an auditor I would have had everyone of the managers involved fired.

      Pros

      Good pay but not worth the hours worked. Coworkers were pleasant but scared to even talk. Social slow death.

      Cons

      Management needs to stop skipping out on Fridays. There is no monitoring of management spending. Have never seen such wastefulness. No wonder expense management ideas wee squelched. They are afraid what they will find.
