Pros

Excellent benefits, small office, casual dress. Management often sponsors catered lunches, and other employees frequently bring in snacks and desserts. It's like working with family. The work seem difficult at first, but once you pick it up, it's easy but challenging.

Cons

The pay is fairly low, and the only way to get hired is to go through a temp agency and work for 3 months through the agency at a lower pay rate, with no benefits.

Likes to buy existing companies and after then closing them and moving production. Say they want long-time employees to keep you there until they can close the plant

The pay is good. Vacation policy is generous.

Cons

Ridiculous deadlines and lack of planning for product releases. Project coordinators and upper management have one thing to do all day and the result is perpetual chaos for those under them. Seems the overpaid rejects from GM and GE have found themselves another cushy hideout. It's every man for himself.
