Pros

Good pay and benefits. They highly value quality and proper business ethics and they instill the value- "do the right thing" even if it has some negative costs attached to it. The people are friendly and the culture is somewhat relaxed since the company divisions are not centrally located and it gives the sense that it is a smaller company.

Cons

They have poor time management on projects; project requirements change/expand, yet the timeline stays the same. The merger with Biomet is dragging on and it is having a negative impact on moral.

Located in small town, politics as in any large organization, old/outdated offices, focus not always on what is most important for the business or what will have the biggest ROI but rather on management whims
