Great work/life balance. Very committed employees at the team member level.

Cons

Toxic/directive leadership culture. Burning out employees with leadership's inability to prioritize. Leadership is out of touch with the realities of releasing/maintaining products in a highly regulated environment.

Cons

Culture changing quickly to no empowerment, do as I say and don't ask questions. Collaboration between departments is deteriorating, as they fight for recognition in a culture of beware of your job. Too much uncertainty about direction.
