Pros

Pay and benefits. Being a part of a company that sells good products that help change people’s lives for the better.

Cons

It all depends on the territory in which you work. Management in mine was poor. Employee turnover frequent. Backorders make it hard to get the products you need for cases and causes stress on everyone. Poor integration of the two cultures. Still feels separate. Poor leadership.
