      Travel (for some) Good if you're pro active and don't wait to be told what to do If you like minimal management involvement ith your work or projects, this place will suit Lyon just fine.

      Cons

      Since the Blackstone takeover, management have become cut throat and see employees as a commodity. Draconian and unprofessional HR department (particularly in the UK) High levels of cronyism and nepotism among senior management. Long hours with very little appreciation for the effort you put in. Big blame culture and character assassination rife Your face has to fit; it can be very difficult to work here if you don't make the right connections Lots of sales people who feel they rule the world because they make a lot of money

      - The people are the best part of the job, people care about the work they do to help people move forward everyday (they just need to figure out how to keep them here) - Best in class products - After an innovation hiatus due to remediation and Covid, it is finally back - Remediation finally paying off with strong audit results

      Cons

      - Talent retention has hit a low. Strong performers are continuing to leave at an alarming rate. - Pay continues to be below the market while the CEO makes well above the market rate. - Restructuring fears - after 3 restructurings in 5 years it is only a matter of time before the next one.
