You don't get to use the discount until a month after working there. Seeing as how I was hired for a store that is not open yet I will not receive commission until that store opens. It would have been nice if they would have told us that before. They basically just throw you in there with barely any training. My first day they put us on the floor and told us to fix things. I barely got training for my department. What was supposed to be 2 weeks of supervised training turned into 4 days of supervised training, and 3 out of those 4 days I didn't even do the job that I was required to do for my department. They cut our training after 4 days and basically we have to figure it out on our own. I feel like we have no direction at all. They have a really long process for everything. Closing the store is a nightmare. Everything has to be super perfect. One manager can tell you to do one thing and another one will tell you not to do it. You're not sure who to listen too. They give you breaks super early and then you have to spend what seems like years working. Some of the managers are pretty rude. They have nice ones but some of them can be a bit condescending. God forbid you make a mistake because of the little bit of training you received they'll be ready to crucify you.
