Quickly move up the ladder. One of the highest payees in the retail industry. Discount (25%) Easy and fun work environment.

Cons

Too much micro-management. Not enough hours for part-timers. Not enough employees on the floor to manage the floor, which makes it impossible to close store.

Friendly staff members,great team, fast paced, great place for retail experience, staff discount, opportunities for career advancement and decent pay.

Cons

Managers can be very unprofesional. Disorganized, long hours, no work life balance. Expect to sacrifice pre planned stuff just for work even if it concerns family dinners. Lots of work politics. Dont seem to care about employees well being.
