      Pros

      The American team is great to work with. They are professional, considerate and respectful. It is a great team that will do whatever needs to be done in order to help one another.

      Cons

      Information is withheld and not distributed from the Chinese to the Americans. It is viewed as something that can be used to make an individual look good as opposed to something that can be beneficial to the entire team. Additionally, as an American, growth opportunities are very limited.

      Pros

      very aggressive and cutting edge. Innovative, inexpensive products. A company to watch. Very tenacious and competitive company.

      Cons

      What company does globally needs to be separated from US operations. Make no mistake, this is a Chinese company, run by the Chinese. Their attitude and contempt towards Americans is apparent. Very wasteful, very sloppy and inefficient work. Americans are barely tolerated.
