      Big company, kindly stable, almost don't fire people, no much pressure, don't worry lose the job, some kind of training

      Cons

      salary is kind of low, much lower than the competitor huawei, best engineers keep going to huawei, managers are kind of lazy and inactive

      outdated information systems, no tuition reimbursement for non dispatched employees. Lack of preventative actions, no growth, lack of strong leadership and good morals.Management does not share business plans or strategy.
