      Pros

      it is a good company that can give you a stable job. I can get enough care from my boss.

      Cons

      I think it needs to let employee have more time to relax. The company should provide more chances for employee to take a risk and do creative stuffs.

      Good For People working in China, not for others.

      Pros

      The company has good cash reserve, they have good support from the Chinese govt which makes them grow without worrying about anything.

      Cons

      The culture is not good.No processes are being followed for work.No innovation,higher management lacks vision, very unprofessional ppl in higher management, under qualified employees at higher designations.For every Indian employee there is a Chinese counterpart,who is not even having half the experience as that of his Indian colleagues but still holds the decision making powers in the project. Every change in process or policy come from the headquarters and the higher management guys sitting in india are just coordinators of spectators. More conservative ways of working rather than transparent.

      Pros

      There are good managers, who will care about you and help you. and the infomation is shared without difficulty. and the information security is highly valued.

      Cons

      the pay is not high. and the management is a chaos. company want to standardization the management. However, the effort is interrupted by human factors.
