The culture is not good.No processes are being followed for work.No innovation,higher management lacks vision, very unprofessional ppl in higher management, under qualified employees at higher designations.For every Indian employee there is a Chinese counterpart,who is not even having half the experience as that of his Indian colleagues but still holds the decision making powers in the project. Every change in process or policy come from the headquarters and the higher management guys sitting in india are just coordinators of spectators. More conservative ways of working rather than transparent.
