      ZTE - best place to begin your career in mobile telecom vendor

      Pros

      A lot of various assignments on the different projects will help one to improve wide range of skills not only in technical area but in communications and management as well. Very friendly atmosphere in collective, it's a good place to find new friends and expand business people net.

      Cons

      Salary is not big, at least on the first stage of work. There were some periods without projects. Management structure is not good and effective, freankly speaking.

      Pros

      A lot change to dig your abilities, and a lot chances to enrich your experiences. the working pressure is not quite huge here.

      Cons

      overtime working, not equal relationship in department. Payment is not quite good compare with other competitors. Not easy to get promotion unless you stay more than 8 years.
