Pros
A lot of various assignments on the different projects will help one to improve wide range of skills not only in technical area but in communications and management as well. Very friendly atmosphere in collective, it's a good place to find new friends and expand business people net.
Cons
Salary is not big, at least on the first stage of work. There were some periods without projects. Management structure is not good and effective, freankly speaking.
